Pay as you go

		up to 3 hours photography on the day (extra time £95 per hour)
		25 images either as prints 6x9 or 7.5x5 - or in an album if you choose to have one.
		you can either stay with your 25 prints or add extras and items from our range of albums, picture books, designs and prints individually and pay for them as you go along, the choice is yours...

		all 200 - 300 original image files are individually checked and corrected for density and colour and supplied as high resolution files on DVD or CD (prints not included)

How it works

1 - booking		If you'd like to book me for your photography I ask for a non refundable 25% deposit to secure the date. Please note your booking is not secure until the deposit is paid. If you cancel you lose your 25% *please see bottom of page
2 - payment		Around 2 - 3 weeks after the wedding your proofs will be ready for you and the balance is payable. We'll email you a reminder as soon as they are.
3 - completion		When you've made your selections please return your order to us using the forms provided and we'll begin putting it together for you. Orders are done on a first come first served basis.

travel and accommodation expenses...
may be added according to the location and time of your wedding.

I think it's very important...
to meet and talk through your likes, dislikes and what you want from your day. It's also about getting to know each other so we're not strangers on the day - and it does make a difference. Chances are you won't have been photographed so intensely before so it's important you're at ease with your photographer. It also helps me to blend in and be unobtrusive. If you live overseas we can at have a chat on the phone and hopefully meet later.

I don't accept bookings without at least having a conversation with the bride and groom.

*why you'd lose your deposit...
If you book us then change your mind or the wedding doesnt take place you will lose your deposit. This is because we will not only be holding the date for you and not accepting other work on that day, we also put aside the following 4 days for film editing, and two days to edit, colour correct and prepare stills.
