in 1991...
I
packed in my life in civil engineering and after hitch hiking
around Africa and Australia, went to night school to further my
hobby - photography. In 1993 I turned full time professional,
and developed a unique style, which sometimes caused a bit of
a stir!. But it meant I kept being asked to test new products
for people like Hasselblad and Kodak, and giving talks and seminars
on photography to colleges and organisations.

in 2000...
I was sponsored by FujiFilm and others to go to Romania to document
the positive impact of aid from the west on street
kids and orphans. That went on to become a major exhibition
hosted by the Royal Photographic Society and the Romanian ambassador.
Last year, I began testing products again. This
time for Digital
SLR User Magazine and Photo 360. But it's our training that's
recently gone from strength to strength. In 2008 Jayne and I wrote
our first online
digital photography course - 'Digital Photography Exposed',
and we've just launched 'Wedding
Photography Exposed' (in case you fancy doing it yourself!).
I also do 1:1 hands on photography training days in the UK, in
the very picturesque New Forest.
in 1983...
I started my first job as a News Producer in Radio, and within
a year had moved to TV. Starting off in news, I then progressed
to become one of the most senior producer directors in live TV.
More than twenty years later (and four children!) I now work with
Mike in photography and video, whether it's for weddings, PR,
corporate or web.
The TV work has given us the perfect experience for a unique style
of documentary wedding video. Around forty minutes long, the films
are mini documentaries of your wedding day and are the perfect
accompaniment to Mike's photography.
As well as wedding films, we produce a lot of photography films
(presented by Mike) for Mike's video column in Photo
360 - the world's first interactive online photography magazine.
In our spare time (when we have any!) we ride motorcycles, have
fun with the kids, Jayne pursues her passion for developing houses,
and we read and dream about travelling some more. We're both into
personal development and have a fantastic personal and professional
relationship.
.We're privileged to specialise in working with
people and consider ourselves pretty lucky to be working together,
doing such fun and creative jobs!
